    We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Attendance/Officer Administrator to join our dedicated school team. This rewarding role focuses on improving student attendance and supporting the smooth running of the school.
    You will monitor attendance, maintain accurate records, and work closely with parents, staff, and external agencies to support pupils, alongside providing professional reception and administrative support

    The ideal candidate will:

    • Have secretarial/administrative experience preferably in a school based setting.
    • Have excellent communication skills
    • The ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
    • Be competent with ICT skills including use of word (including mail merge), excel and PowerPoint.
    • Be friendly and approachable.
    • Be able to work as part of a busy, collaborative team.
