About the Role
To support teaching staff in the development and education of pupils including the provision of specialist skills
as appropriate.
To assist in promoting the learning and personal development of pupils to whom you are assigned, to enable
students to make best use of the educational opportunities available to them.
We are seeking two enthusiastic and committed teaching assistants to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
- Personalised Support: Assist pupils with their individual needs, through in-class support, individualised strategies and care plans, as per the job descriptions linked below.
- Intervention Coordination: Work with the Inclusion team to develop and deliver effective support and intervention approaches.
- Multi-Agency Collaboration: Liaise with families and professionals to address behavioural, emotional, and social needs.
- Classroom Support: Deliver focused support in classrooms and small groups, ensuring inclusion and engagement.
- Professional Development: Be willing to undertake training in areas such as mental health and first aid.
