About this Role

Our wonderful primary school and nursery is where children are at the heart of everything we do. We believe every child deserves an excellent education in a safe, nurturing environment with staff who care deeply and go above and beyond. Our children consistently achieve some of the best results in the borough, with progress and attainment well above national averages. We are proud to be ranked in the top 5% of schools nationally and to have received a national Silver Award for Primary School of the Year. At our academy, success is celebrated, relationships with families are strong, and every child is supported to thrive and reach their full potential.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher to join our friendly and inclusive primary school. You will create a positive, engaging and well-structured learning environment where all pupils are supported to achieve their best. With a passion for teaching, you’ll plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons that inspire curiosity, confidence and progress. The role involves fostering a love of learning and supporting the academic, social and emotional development of all pupils.

The ideal candidate will have QTS, strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, and a creative, reflective approach to teaching. You will be committed to inclusive practice, pupil wellbeing and improving outcomes for all learners. If you're ready to make a difference in a vibrant, supportive school community, we’d love to hear from you.
