Weston Favell Academy are looking to expand their team of dedicated and committed Teaching Assistants. The role requires you to act as a responsible adult and assist with the supervision, personal care, welfare and keeping safe of individuals and/or groups of young people and their environment, inclusive of assisting with resources and behaviour management to support academic progress and personal development. A background in an educational setting and experience of working 1:1 with students in a classroom setting would be advantageous.
