About this Role

We are looking for a pro-active and experienced person to manage our school lettings programme.  You will be required to be on site from 4pm to 6pm Monday to Friday term time only (this will include training days).  There is no flexibility on timings.

Responsibilities to include (but not limited to)

  • To maintain a secure record of hirers including booking forms, insurance documents, risk assessments and first aid qualifications.
  • To communicate bookings to the Amey Site Manager and Site Team.
  • To develop and manage the bookings system and ensure registers of users are maintained to enable accurate billing.
  • To liaise with the Amey site team regarding security provision and cleaning and maintenance needs.
  • To carry out pre and post inspections of letting facilities and record any damage or other issues to ensure the building is always ready for normal educational use following any community use.
  • To liaise with PE staff, co-ordinating lettings activities with the schools needs.
  • To build relationships with partners and community groups.
  • To arrange annual meetings with major users to discuss their contracts and experiences.
  • Ensure facilities are being used by legitimate users
  • To be first point of contact for service users.
