About this Role

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • To provide professional co-ordination and management of all school events and one-off projects as per school calendar.
  •  To manage school activities and events relating to particular events
  • To be responsible for the distribution of home school communications, including collating and producing the weekly School Newsletter, student bulletin and staff bulletin
  • To support the marketing of the school including updating the school website and social media 

The Successful candidate will:

  • Proven experience of planning and organising events, preferably in a school setting.
  • Proficient at Microsoft office suite – Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of efficiency, planning and foresight.
  • Ability to work collaboratively & productively with a wide range of  colleagues
