About this Role

We are a growing Multi-Academy Trust consisting of 9 schools (five secondary schools and four primary schools), all rated 'Good' or 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.  Each school within our trust has its own unique values and ethos and is committed to the overarching principle of "Being the best we can be", the mission  statement of Areté Learning Trust.  Our Trust seeks to create a context for all children and young people to thrive, academically, personally and socially so that they experience the real joy of learning.

The core focus of this role is to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for implementing the schools Attendance Policy and improving the attendance of students. The succesful Candidate will work with identified students whose attendance is a barrier to their performance and will be responsible for recording, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on attendance data.

Hours of Work:  Part Time 15 - 19 hours per week

Position Type:  Permanent
