We are looking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and ambitious teacher of Girls’ PE for our outstanding PE faculty. This is an unique opportunity to join a high performing faculty which was ranked 61st in the country in the School Sport magazine's 'Top 200 sports schools of 2025'.  We offer a huge range of opportunities for students at all levels of participation and performance, with all students studying for a sports qualification at KS4; and A level PE and CTEC Sport are taught at KS5.  Our results are exceptional, in KS4, 82% of students achieved 9-5 at GCSE (2025).  In KS5, 90% of students achieved A*-C at A-Level and 84% achieved D*-M at CTEC.  We have built a very strong culture of success in multiple sports, with performance squads in a range of sports succeeding on a Regional and National level. Recent achievements include National Finals in XC, Swimming, Netball, Football and Tennis. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who wants to join a high performing school and gain significant experience to further enhance their career.

Sandringham School is part of the Ambition Education Trust (AET)The Ambition Education Trust (AET) consists of ten schools in Hertfordshire; three primary, one nursery and infants’, one juniors and five secondary. Our Trust launched in September 2024 following the amalgamation of two established Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), Alban Academies Trust and ATLAS Multi Academy Trust. As a member of the AET, we are able to maximise opportunities for rewarding careers and opportunities for personal and professional development throughout our wider organisation. Sandringham, School also leads the Alban Teaching School Hub.  

Ambition Education Trust (AET) provides an enhanced induction programme for all of their Early Career Teachers (ECTs) during July which attracts an attendance payment in July and August.
