Learning Support Assistant
Salary: H3 Pt 5 to H3 Pt 6 (£23,500 – £23,893 + fringe £988 pro-rata)
Actual Salary: £17,628.91–£17,911.83 including fringe 31 Hours per week, Term Time only + 5 INSET days

Rickmansworth School is judged to be an outstanding school (September 2023). We are an 11-18 heavily oversubscribed co-educational partially (35%) selective academy with around 1540 students on roll, increasing to around 1575 students over the next year. Academic results are strong at KS4 and KS5 with the vast majority of students securing their first choice university destinations.

The Successful candidate will:
Ideally have experience of working as an LSA or TA with SEND / disadvantaged students
Have experience of or an interest in working with children with dyslexia and / or ADHD
Be passionate and committed
Possess excellent interpersonal skills
Have the ability to relate well to students, parents and other adults
