About this Role

An opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Learning Support Assistant to join Kings Norton Girls’ School.  KNGS is an OFSTED outstanding school and is a founding member of West Midlands Multi Academy Trust (WMAT). The post is available immediately on a full time, permanent basis, working term time only (37 hours per week).

We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional to take a leading role in our SEND team, focusing on provision for students with autism, communication and interaction needs. This is an exciting opportunity to shape inclusive practice and deliver high-impact support through in-class adaptions, 1:1, and small group interventions.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of working with young people to overcome barriers to learning and will be committed to helping every student make outstanding progress.
