The successful candidate will demonstrate a helpful and positive approach, contributing to the continuous improvement of reception and administrative services while supporting the school’s Leadership and Management team.
As the first point of contact, you will create a warm and positive experience for parents and visitors, handling calls and enquiries promptly and professionally. A flexible attitude is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents, and visitors. You will be well organised, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a strong customer service ethos. The ability to manage conflicting demands calmly and efficiently is also essential.
