Your Opportunity

We are looking for a great science teacher who is able to inspire a love for science in their pupils. You will be an excellent classroom practitioner experienced in delivering science practical lessons as well as engaging pupils in the subject. You will be able to teach science across all disciplines at KS3 as well as Biology and Chemistry to GCSE. The school delivers both separate and combined science GCSE courses and you would be expected to teach one or both of these courses. The ability to teach Biology at KS5 is preferable, but other specialisms at KS5 will be considered, including vocational courses.

This post is appropriate for an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to build their career with us. For a suitable candidate there is the possibility to take on a teaching and learning responsibility in order to support the head of department in coordination of delivery of the science curriculum.

This is currently a part time position across 4 days.
