Oakgrove School is looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our Reception team as a General Administrator at our Secondary school site. The ability to initiate, build and maintain good working relationships with staff, students and parents is essential for this role. The successful candidate should have good IT skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good organisational skills are also essential; the successful candidate must be able to manage their workload around core times of day. As this is a student facing role, confidence in dealing with young people is essential.
The working pattern for this position is two days per week, ideally Thursday and Friday 8am-2pm Term time only.
