About Oakgrove School
Oakgrove is a modern all-through school catering for ages 3-19 set in the east of Milton Keynes near Milton Keynes village. Building began in 2005 and was completed, in phases, during the summer of 2016, accommodating over 1300 students including a self-contained sixth form. The school itself benefits from cutting edge technology both in its structure – with solar panels and the use of geothermal heating – and content including state-of-the-art ICT facilities, a fully featured recording studio and excellent sports facilities. In its short history, Oakgrove has developed a reputation for excellence with multiple outstanding grades from Ofsted; it is now one of the most popular schools in Milton Keynes in terms of applications from prospective parents.
Oakgrove school prides itself on the academic and social achievements of its pupils. Our exam results are amongst the best in Milton Keynes and the school provides extensive opportunities for children to develop both personally and socially. The school holds numerous prestigious awards, including the Every Child Matters Gold Award, Healthy Schools, four different Leading Aspect Awards, Sportsmark and Investors in Careers, to name but a few.
Our philosophy of education is simple.
