About this Role
Oakgrove School have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Full time Teacher of Girls PE ideally from May 2025, however there is flexibility on the start date. A curriculum TLR may be available for an exceptional candidate. We also welcome applications from ECTs.
All students in years 7 - 11 do core PE, we also offer Cambridge Nationals in Sport Studies at Key Stage 4 and BTEC in Sport at Key Stage 5; the ability to teach PE up to KS4 is therefore essential and up to KS5 would be an advantage.
Oakgrove has a reputation for achieving the highest results, for attainment and progress, in Milton Keynes for both KS4 and KS5 and we are very proud of the successes of our students. The behaviour of our students has been described as exemplary. We have a history of achieving exceptional results and destinations for our students. The staff team at Oakgrove is highly dedicated and supportive and we welcome new staff who share our ethos.
