About this Role
Due to the continued expansion of our school and Sixth Form provision, Oakgrove School are looking for an outstanding Teacher of Science to join our department from September 2025. The successful candidate must be able to teach KS3 and KS4 Science to a high standard, the ability to teach KS5 would also be an advantage. We currently run Synergy, Trilogy and Triple Science at KS4 and Biology, Chemistry and Physics at A Level. We will consider applicants with any of the three specialisms. We will consider applications from ECTs along with experienced teachers.
Oakgrove has a reputation for achieving the highest results, for attainment and progress, in Milton Keynes for both KS4 and KS5 and we are very proud of the successes of our students. The behaviour of our students has been described as exemplary. We have a history of achieving exceptional results and destinations for our students. The staff team at Oakgrove is highly dedicated and supportive and we welcome new staff who share our ethos. We are the hub school for MK:NPQ, offering a full suite of high quality, nationally recognised CPD.
