We are looking for a highly organised individual to become our Exams Officer, taking responsibility for the leadership and co-ordination of examinations. This role is central to our administration team, enabling examinations to run efficiently and effectively in line with guidance. You will be supported by the Trust Exams Lead as well as line managed by the school's Raising Standards Lead, a member of the senior leadership team. We are looking for someone who can: - Lead the co-ordination of examinations from entries to completion ensuring that all guidance is assiduously followed - Be a key point of contact for colleagues, students, and families, offering guidance and support throughout the examinations process - Liaise effectively with the Trust Exams Lead and senior leadership team We are looking for someone who: - Has excellent attention to detail, able to follow and apply guidance with high fidelity - Is a strong communicator, able to build trust and positive relationships with colleagues, students, and families. - Is organised, resilient, and calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.
