Casual Lifeguard (Watford)

We currently have vacancies for Lifeguards working at the Fuller Life Fitness Centre, located on site at Watford Grammar School for Girls

To ensure that the pool has sufficient Lifeguard cover at all times, it is a requirement that interested applicants are available for a minimum of one shift per week plus availability for additional shifts based on the pool opening times of :

• Monday - Friday : 7pm  - 10pm
• Saturday & Sunday : 11am - 2pm

Applicants must be over 16 and hold a current NPLQ qualification.

The NPLQ is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.  A further 20 hours of on-going training and competency assessment must be completed before a lifeguard can renew their qualification prior to the expiry of  their existing qualification.  Lifeguards are expected to attend one training session per month which takes place on  Saturday from 1 - 3pm.

Hourly Rates (effective 1st April 2024)

16-17 : £10.50

18+ : £13.30
