The Oldham Academy North is seeking a Digital Marketing and Reprographics Lead to play a key role in promoting our ethos, achievements, and opportunities to students, families, and the wider community.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position combining strategic digital marketing with operational reprographics management. You will lead on the academy’s online presence and branding while ensuring high-quality print and design services support staff and students across the school. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Plan and deliver engaging digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media
  • Manage and maintain the academy website and content
  • Design creative materials including brochures, newsletters, and event promotions
  • Oversee reprographics services, ensuring timely, high-quality output
  • Support whole-school events and communications strategy
  • Monitor performance and continually improve engagement 

Pay range: SCP 20-25 - £29,405.07 - £32802.29 - £32,597.00 - £36,363.00 - 37 hours per week 40 weeks per year - Permanent 

Qualifications and Skills: 

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • A relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  •  Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management and content creation
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing websites (e.g., CMS platforms)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
