About E-ACT the Oldham Academy North
Welcome to E-ACT Oldham Academy North.
E-ACT The Oldham Academy North (TOAN) is a highly ambitious
academy with the drive to ensure that all our students are successful during
their time at the school, laying firm foundations for success in further
academic study and in life beyond school.
As Headteacher, I firmly believe that education is such a powerful
lever in ensuring we are giving young people the choices and the opportunity to
carve out a successful future, regardless of background, race or
gender.
Every one of our students deserves the very best and we will
strive to strive to ensure that, at TOAN, every student has the support,
guidance and challenge they need to flourish across every area of the academic
and wider curriculum.
As an academy we are committed to providing a safe and secure
learning environment and have robust safeguarding measures in place to support
all of our students.
Ensuring that all students are doing well in their academic
studies whilst developing a strong and responsible character involves an
absolute commitment from every member of the team including staff, students,
parents and community. Our core values of Trust, Endurance, Autonomy and
Mastery give us a clear purpose, and we use them to inform our approach
and school culture and are at the core of everything we do.
Working alongside our Trust, E-ACT, we ensure that
everything we do is manifested in the three values:
