Ormiston Sandwell Community Academy is located in the Metropolitan Borough of Sandwell, and in very close proximity to the centre of Birmingham. We are a slightly larger than average, 11–16 co-educational academy with approximately 1,150 students. The academy’s reputation locally is excellent. OSCA was graded as a good academy for the third time in October 2023.
We are currently seeking a Catering Assistant to support the catering team with the provision of all catering within school in a professional, safe and hygienic manner. The successful candidate will work 24 hours per week (Monday to Friday), term-time
only, including training days.
Previous experience is desirable but training will be given. Candidates must be willing to undertake the Level 2 Food Safety and any other relevant training.
