Kettering Science Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to the join a small but dynamic administration team within the Academy.

The Administrator will be responsible for a range of tasks that will support the effectiveness of the administration team, including:

  • -          General office admin and data entry
  • -          Administration support to the operational aspects of the Academy such as raising purchase orders
  • -          Assisting with school events such as parents evening, careers fairs and open evenings

The ideal candidate will have office or admin experience, be competent using Microsoft Office and will take ownership of their work. You will be expected to action all tasks in a timely manner through effective prioritisation of workload. The ideal candidate will be flexible and have the ability to multitask in a faced paced environment.

This role is term time plus 2 weeks, therefore 41 working weeks per year. You will be required to work an additional 10 days during the summer holiday period. 4 of these days will be dictated by the examination results days, the other 6 days can be more flexible and will be agreed in advance with your Line Manager. 

Your working hours will be 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 4.00pm Friday.
