Kettering Science Academy
is looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to the join a small but dynamic
administration team within the Academy.
The Administrator will be responsible for a range of tasks that will support the effectiveness of the administration team, including:
The ideal candidate will have office or admin experience, be competent using Microsoft Office and will take ownership of their work. You will be expected to action all tasks in a timely manner through effective prioritisation of workload. The ideal candidate will be flexible and have the ability to multitask in a faced paced environment.
This role is term time plus 2 weeks, therefore 41 working weeks per year. You will be required to work an additional 10 days during the summer holiday period. 4 of these days will be dictated by the examination results days, the other 6 days can be more flexible and will be agreed in advance with your Line Manager.
Your working hours will be 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 4.00pm Friday.
