  • Want to embark on an exciting professional journey in a rapidly improving academy?

If so, we eagerly await your application. Ormiston Park is a small but growing 11-16 Academy. Our vision of ‘Believe and Achieve’ underpins all aspects of academy life in our impressive, well-resourced buildings and grounds. The school officially reopened as an academy in 2009 and we are sponsored by the Ormiston Academies Trust (OAT). OAT is one of the largest and longest standing trusts in the school system and is guided by our founder, Peter Murray’s belief that every child deserves the chance to thrive.

Our schools are located across a diverse range of communities, each with its own unique character, strengths and challenges. Joining the OAT family means embracing a community that values collaboration, professional growth, and the pursuit of excellence. We strive to provide an exceptional working environment where all our staff can thrive and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our pupils.

The successful candidate will join a caring and committed body of staff and enjoy working with friendly and enthusiastic students of whom we are extremely proud. You will play a vital role in providing the highest quality provision so that their aspirations become their reality.
