George Salter Academy are seeking to appoint a
committed, resilient and inspiring Head of Year from September 2026. This is an
excellent opportunity for an ambitious teacher who is passionate about pastoral
care, inclusion and raising standards of behaviour, attendance and achievement.
As Head of Year, you will play a pivotal role in shaping
students’ academic progress, personal development and wellbeing, working
closely with senior leaders, form tutors, parents/carers and external agencies.
