Salter Academy are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspiring Lead
Practitioner of English from Easter 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for
an exceptional classroom practitioner to have a whole-school impact by driving
excellence in teaching and learning across the English department. You will
work closely with senior and middle leaders to develop pedagogy, coach
colleagues and raise standards of achievement for all students.
