United Learning
schools work as a team and achieve more by sharing than any single school
could. Our subject specialists, our Group-wide intranet, our own curriculum and
our online learning portal all help us share knowledge and resources, helping
to simplify work processes and manage workloads for an improved work-life
balance. Our approaches within the academy support this so that our main focus
can be on planning and delivering high quality teaching and learning. For
example, all
behaviour and detentions are managed centrally by the Inclusion Team. This
allows teachers the time and capacity to deliver high quality lessons and
supports their workload and well-being
Staff will form a
dynamic team who are supportive, friendly, and dedicated to
instilling the qualities of Responsibility, Excellence,
Aspiration, Commitment and Teamwork in the next generation of
children, preparing them for successful, fulfilling, and
enjoyable adult lives.
We also offer a wide range of
other employee benefits to all of our staff in return for their commitment to
our schools, and to help contribute towards improving their overall well-being.
