processes and work collaboratively with schools, families and external agencies
to ensure pupils receive timely and effective support throughout their
placement.
You will contribute to safeguarding practice, support the
implementation of SEND strategies and the graduated response, and help pupils
successfully engage with education, preparing them for reintegration or their
next stage of learning.
This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building
positive relationships, working collaboratively with others and making a
genuine difference to the lives of young people.
