Are you a creative, passionate teacher ready for a new
challenge in a unique and rewarding setting? Our Climb department is
calling for someone like you – someone who sees teaching as more than just a
job, and who believes every learner, no matter their starting point, deserves
the chance to shine.
Based on the main site, in our all-age generic special
school, Climb is our pathway for learners with moderate to severe
learning difficulties, often alongside autism, communication needs, sensory
profiles or SEMH needs. Our curriculum is semi-formal, ambitious, and adaptable
– and so are our teachers. If you’re motivated by meaningful progress, thrive
in a creative, supportive team, and are excited to teach subjects in ways that
truly reach learners, we’d love to hear from you.
Whether you’re experienced in
specialist settings or looking to make the leap into SEND, we’ll offer you:
✨
A strong, experienced team to support your journey
✨
Opportunities to innovate and personalise the curriculum
✨
Access to therapists for your learners and specialist training
✨
A school culture that celebrates every small step forward
Join us, and help our learners Climb – academically,
socially, emotionally and beyond. So, if you’re ready to teach in a place where
relationships come first, where barriers are broken, and where the joy of
learning is everywhere – come climb with us.
Your next adventure starts here.
