We are seeking a professional, committed and highly skilled individual to lead our admission and assessment hub, PACE. This Higher-Level Teaching Assistant position is supported by a teaching assistant, the Assistant Headteacher, and the Manager of Safeguarding and PACE. The working hours will be 33 hours per week (Monday to Friday), term time only plus 1 week (INSET days) on a permanent contract. We are willing to negotiate the working hours with the successful candidate.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting children who have experienced difficulties in education, an understanding of the reasons why this may be the case and and how to start the process of personal growth. In this role you will be required to support small groups of learners delivering sessions which help them to integrate into their future educational provision. You will be focussed on ensuring that you are providing the best experience and care possible for the students.
