Redbridge Alternative Provision (RAP) provides an education for a range of KS3 & 4 students who have been, or are at risk of permanent exclusion from their mainstream school. We have a vacancy for a Behaviour Mentor. You will be working alongside teachers in supporting children with their learning and behaviour.
If you are resilient, calm, have a good sense of humour, can use your initiative and are able to withstand challenging behaviour, we would like to hear from you. We expect candidates to have a good standard of literacy.
