Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (9am – 4pm), Wednesday (9am – 4:30pm) & Friday (9am – 3:30pm)


Salary: £25,979 – £28,770 FTE

Actual Salary: £17,985 – £19,918 p.a.

Brooksward School is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive back office administrative support. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our school’s activities and processes. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage various administrative tasks, including procurement processes, educational visits, lunch orders and end-of-year processing, while maintaining accurate records and compliance with school policies.
