Abingdon Sports and Leisure is seeking to appoint enthusiastic and motivated padel instructors to deliver safe, high-quality and engaging padel coaching while supporting the successful launch, growth and day-to-day delivery of the wider padel programme at Tilsley Park.
The role will support a full range of padel activity, including Pay & Play, introductory tasters, one-to-one coaching, group coaching, junior courses, adult courses, Social Play, club-style sessions, leagues, tournaments, school use, community activity and corporate events.
The postholder will help customers progress from first-time participation through to regular play, coaching, Social Play, competition and long-term engagement.
Coaches are appointed on a self-employed basis with a competitive hourly rate of pay.
