We are
seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our welcoming school team
on a 10-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to become
permanent following a successful review. This is an exciting opportunity to
play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of our school while supporting
pupils, parents, staff and visitors.

About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant,
you will be a key member of our office team, providing high-quality
administrative and reception support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a welcoming and
professional reception service.
- Answering telephone calls
and responding to enquiries.
- Supporting general office
administration, including filing, photocopying, scanning and
correspondence.
- Maintaining accurate records
and data.
- Inputting information into
school systems and communication platforms.
- Supporting attendance
administration.
- Assisting with the
organisation of school trips, events and activities.
- Providing administrative
support to staff across the school.
About You
We are
looking for someone who:
- Has previous clerical or
administrative experience.
- Demonstrates excellent
interpersonal and communication skills.
- Is confident using Microsoft
Word, Excel and other office software.
- Has strong literacy,
numeracy and attention to detail.
- Is well organised, efficient
and reliable.
- Works well as part of a team
and can use their own initiative.
- Remains calm and
professional in a busy environment.
- Has a flexible and positive
approach to work.
- Is committed to safeguarding
and promoting the welfare of children.
