Furze Down is an outstanding special school based across two sites in Winslow and Buckingham. We provide education for 220 pupils aged 4–19 with communication and interaction differences. About the Role
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated
leader to take on the role of Head of Evolve, our Specialist Provision Hub for
pupils aged 9–16 who are experiencing significant barriers to attending school
and require a bespoke learning package to support engagement and
attendance. This is a key leadership role within the school, working
closely with the Deputy Head (Cognition) to further develop and lead a high‑quality,
innovative Specialist Provision. The successful candidate will play a central role
in shaping and sustaining our vision to become a recognised Hub for Specialist
Provision.
