About this Role

We are looking for a special individual, who is highly committed and motivated, to lead our team at our Infant School. Working closely with the school’s Executive Headteacher, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the school with a PAN of 206 children from EYFS (that includes a nursery) to Year 2. They need to be someone who can continue the school’s drive to ensure all of our children get the very best start in life. We are looking for someone who is:

· A motivational and charismatic leader. You will know how to engage, motivate and develop other leaders. You will be committed and passionate about outcomes for all children with knowledge and experience of successful school improvement.

· An inspirational teacher. You will understand what exceptional learning looks like in EYFS and KS1 and will guide and support teachers to be the best that they can be.

· A team player who is able to build effective and resilient teams, with our hardworking and dedicated staff.

· A change maker with the ability to deploy appropriate leadership and management styles and exhibit versatility, adaptability and flexibility
