This is an exciting opportunity for a teaching colleague who is passionate about inclusive practice, early identification and supporting children to thrive from 3 months to the end of Key Stage 1. The role combines strategic leadership with collaborative working and professional guidance and plays a key part in shaping provision across the school.

  •        Work closely with the Headteacher, DSL, Early Years Operations Lead and Inclusion Group
  •        Line manage the Academic Learning Support Coordinator & Communication Lead, Learning Support Assistants and School Nurse
  •        Provide oversight of individual provision planning (IPPs), referrals and review processes
  •        Support staff, families and external professionals through a collaborative, child‑centred approach

The role is offered 3 days per week, with some flexibility around working patterns for those colleagues who are full time.

We welcome interest from teachers who:

  •        Have experience supporting children with additional needs, wellbeing or inclusion
  •        Are strong communicators and enjoy working collaboratively
  •        May already hold the SENDCo qualification or are keen to work towards it
