About this Role

Pilgrims Pre-Preparatory School is looking for an  experienced  Supply Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team as part of our supply bank. Working across Reception, Year 1, or Year 2, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality learning experiences and ensuring every child receives outstanding teaching and care.

Contract: Permanent - Paid As Advised (casual/zero hour)

As Supply Higher Level Teaching Assistant Supply Staff, you will:

  •         Support the implementation of the school’s vision, values, and curriculum objectives.
  •         Assist the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities across EYFS and KS1.
  •         Provide HLTA or teacher cover.
  •         Contribute to the planning, evaluation, and adaptation of learning activities according to children’s needs.
