We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and multi-faceted individual to support with the day-to-day operations of our Inclusion department. As Assistant Inclusion Manager, you will work closely with our Inclusion Leads to assist in all aspects of Inclusion including SEND, Safeguarding and Child Protection, CLA and PP.

Hours: 37 hrs per week (Mon-Friday) Term-time only + training days and 3/4 additional weeks (to be agreed)

The successful candidate will:

•   Have experience of working in an office or school environment
•   Have strong secretarial, organisational and planning skills
•   Have effective written and oral communication skills
•   Have a flexible approach to work and enjoy a varied workload
•   Have a demonstrable knowledge of SEND, Safeguarding and Child Protection
•   Have experience of EHC/Statement review process
•   Have the ability to form strong relationships with children, parents and staff
