Lealands High School would like to recruit a Pastoral Support Manager to work closely with Heads of Year supporting all aspects of students’ pastoral care, achievement and development across different year groups. The successful candidate will work within a strong pastoral team to enhance opportunities for students, ensure outstanding behaviour and support excellent attendance. They will bring to the role, knowledge and practical experience gained through working successfully with young people. The ability to support the learning of individuals and groups is essential as are excellent communication skills.
