St Matthew’s Primary School are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our energetic school team.

From our new, experienced SEN Teaching Assistant we would ask you to:
Be a positive, flexible and proactive team player
Show demonstrable impact in your current role
Demonstrate knowledge and experience of working with a high level of SEN
Support the teaching and learning of an individual with SEN
Work in collaboration with teachers, contributing to planning and assessment of SEN pupils
Build positive relationships with children and have experience of a wide range of strategies that can be used to engage, enthuse and support learners
Be aware of the SEND Code of Practice

This role is fixed term initially until 31st August 2025, term time only, 32.5 hours per week - 8:30am-3:45pm.
