  • Support high‑quality learning across EYFS/KS1/KS2

  • Engage fully in Forest School sessions, embracing outdoor learning in all seasons

  • Provide active support during PE lessons, helping deliver safe, inclusive physical activity

  • Contribute to wider outdoor learning, including nature‑based activities, outdoor play and curriculum enrichment

  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver inclusive, nurturing provision

  • Participate actively in training, coaching and professional development

  • Build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
