About this Role

We are looking to recruit a dedicated Headteacher who will embrace our trauma informed relational approach and develop this further.  As Headteacher we want someone who demonstrates ethical leadership, balancing professional challenge with support and kindness.  The successful candidate will inspire curiosity in our students and encourage a genuine love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the school ethically and with integrity to deliver high-quality education whilst continuing our trauma informed work

Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the school's vision and values

Work collaboratively with staff, students, and the community to promote inclusivity and high aspirations

Ensure the curriculum is aspirational and accessible for all students

Support and develop staff through a range of CPD opportunities

Uphold the school’s values by leading with integrity and fostering a supportive environment
