Enfield County School for Girls is seeking an organised, proactive and student-focused Post 16 Progress & Achievement Leader to support the academic progress, wellbeing and personal development of our Sixth Form students. This is a non-teaching position and an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and inclusive school community committed to high standards, student success and excellent pastoral care.
Working closely with the Head of Sixth Form, the successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring student progress, attendance and engagement, ensuring students are fully supported to achieve their potential academically and personally. The role includes working collaboratively with staff, parents and external agencies to provide targeted interventions and guidance for students across a wide range of needs.
The Post 16 Progress & Achievement Leader will support students throughout their Sixth Form journey, including transition into Year 12, enrichment opportunities, careers education, UCAS and apprenticeship applications, and progression into higher education or employment. The role also involves contributing to Sixth Form events, induction programmes and exam results days.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with young people in an educational or pastoral setting
- Demonstrate strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to monitor and analyse student progress, attendance and behaviour data effectively
- Be committed to promoting high standards, inclusion and student wellbeing
- Be confident working collaboratively with staff, parents and external agencies
- Have the ability to support and motivate students to achieve their full potential
- Be able to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Demonstrate commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
- Be flexible, proactive and able to contribute positively to the wider life of the school
