Welcome to Enfield County School for Girls, a vibrant and exciting learning community with a strong sense of direction and purpose.
I am privileged to be the Headteacher of our unique school which consistently transforms the life chances of young women and welcomes students and their families from across the local authority of Enfield and beyond.
As the only girls’ non-denominational community school in the local authority of Enfield, we are a culturally diverse school community with an intake that is truly reflective of the families in our local authority and it is this distinctive quality that makes our school so special.
Our school motto of “Onward Ever, Together” with values of Respect, Responsibility, Equality of Opportunity, Cooperation and Generosity of Spirit is central to our school life, the personal development of each of our students and the shared good of our school community.
We are extremely proud of our students’ achievements and of their consistently high examination outcomes which are enabled through our commitment to high quality teaching in a happy, creative and purposeful school environment.
We are a split site school with lower and upper site buildings set in well-presented, spacious grounds close to rail and bus networks and motorway links. Qualities that make our school a special place to work
