Based in the heart of East Manchester, we are an ambitious and inclusive Multi Academy Trust. Just like the city we are proud to call home, we do things differently and we are looking for innovators and change-makers to join us on our mission as we look to grow our family.

Our mission is clear. It is to commit to every child, every family and every community.

Our mission starts at the heart of our academies. We teach our pupils to have big ambitions and that is exactly what we have in mind for our Trust.

No child should be held back from their potential, or denied the tools they need to succeed. We believe that every child deserves a fighting chance. A chance to believe in themselves and their aspirations. A chance to achieve, no matter their background.

Our focus is on continuous school improvement providing our pupils with the very best education and thereby offering them a life of choice and opportunity. We don’t just measure our success in terms of grades and SATs results. Wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do, which is why we have developed our Wise Owl Wellbeing (WOW) strategy. Focussing on looking after the mind, body and soul of our pupils staff and wider community. As part of this, we demonstrate a real dedication to staff development opportunities across the Trust.

We are committed to giving our pupils the tools they require alongside their grades to flourish beyond their time with us. That is why we have written our own bespoke Character Education programme; the R.E.S.P.E.C.T. curriculum. This is now in over 1000 schools worldwide and having a positive impact on the lives of tens of thousands of children. It is the values of this commitment to Character Education that has cultivated a caring culture across our family of schools. It is this very culture that has seen real benefits of working collaboratively as a group of schools for all members of the school community.

Wise Owl Wellbeing

WOW is our innovative program designed to promote positive mental health and wellbeing across the whole Trust community.

Our vision is to create safe and happy academies, which includes a safe place to be open about mental health issues. As a Trust we pledge to support our whole Trust community, recognising that sometimes stress cannot be avoided in the workplace or home. Our WOW initiative is a holistic approach to addressing this challenge and enhancing the wellbeing of pupils and staff.
