About the Trust
The University of Lincoln Academy trust (UoLAT) is a family
of seven schools (one special school, two secondary schools and four primary
schools), each serving the needs of their local communities in rural areas. We
currently have 550 staff and over 3000 pupils, each operating in a highly
collaborative and supportive environment. We are also exceptionally proud that
our trust serves a wide number of different communities giving our young people
genuine life choices with us.
It's this diversity and difference that gives us our
strength. Our commitment to our pupils and the communities we serve is clear.
For example, we are also a registered apprenticeship provider with more than
100 apprenticeships being delivered on top of our unparalleled vocational and
T’Level provision too. This, coupled with our sponsor The University of
Lincoln, means that we are helping to raise the aspirations and pathways to
success for many young people and our staff.
At the University of Lincoln Academy Trust children are
rightly at the forefront of what we do as we support them to grow in character
and to achieve well. As a family of schools we promote the individuality of our
schools and provide them with the freedom to develop their own strengths,
distinct character and to meet the needs of their communities whilst at the
same time seeking to maximise the benefits of being part of a larger network
and organisation.
Being part of our family of schools gives our staff access
to exciting professional development opportunities, gives children the chance
to interact with others from different schools and provides challenge and
support to school leaders through effective governance.
We are driven by a passion to do our very best for the
children in our schools and we know that by working together we can achieve
things that we could not do alone. We hope you find the information on this
site useful and if you would like to find out more about our individual schools
or about the Trust please do not hesitate to get in touch. Visits to our
schools are always welcomed.
We share a vision to grow the best in
everyone – and that includes our staff. We aim to recruit, retain and
develop the highest quality workforce. We are able to offer our staff a
fantastic range of benefits, including great opportunities for career
development and training.
