Our schools are supportive, forward looking and well resourced. We are able to offer excellent opportunities within and across our schools, which represent a diverse range of contexts, settings and communities.
Across the Q1E Trust, we have a strong, well-planned curriculum. Teachers from our schools review their lesson plans together every week. We strive to meet the needs of all our children – doing ‘Whatever It Takes’ to help children fulfil their potential. Each of our schools also employs specialist teachers for specific subject areas such as PE and MFL so that class teachers can focus on excellent provision in the core and foundation subjects.
We are an outward facing trust and believe in learning from the best schools and systems. We have a strong history of school-to-school support and improvement, including an excellent peer review programme, and strong links with outstanding schools nationally and internationally. There are also opportunities for teachers to take on leadership responsibilities for the right candidate. We foster an open-door policy. Teachers should always feel that they can ask questions and access support whenever they need it.
