The Inspiration Trust is committed to delivering academic excellence for the young people of East Anglia, pairing the highest quality teaching with the widest possible opportunities. We believe all children can succeed.
Our academies span Norfolk and north Suffolk, are free to attend, and open to all. As a family of schools we work collaboratively to give our children the very best start in life.
We deliver this through:
- A knowledge-based curriculum, structured by traditional subjects, properly sequenced to ensure systematic, thorough teaching for all
- Rich cultural pursuits as essential activities, championing access and involvement in arts and sport

- All pupils will experience traditional, high-quality instrumental and vocal music-making opportunities, alongside challenging experiences in arts and sport in our Trust-wide extended day

- We will ensure the quality of our teaching is excellent
- We will recruit and create high-quality teachers and school leaders
- We will ensure the Trust has a firm financial footing, working together to support schools for today and for the future
- We will provide strong and flexible shared central services enabling schools to focus time and resources on teaching
- The Trust will benefit yet more young people, through student recruitment
- We will welcome a small number of new schools into the Trust family where there is a geographic logic to doing so and when our existing schools have achieved excellence
- We will actively counter disadvantage in order to increase social mobility
