About Halliard Trust
We are the Halliard Trust, leaders in school improvement and providers of best-in-class training and development in education.
Established in 2014 and formerly known as The Fallibroome Trust, we have grown to over ten member schools bound by a collective will to put pupils first, and serve communities with dedication and diligence.
The Halliard Trust has a core purpose to support school improvement, working collaboratively with leaders to develop ambitious curriculums and excellence in teaching and assessment.
Together we aim to provide an all-round education that equips every pupil with the character, knowledge and skills to meet the challenges of a changing world.
Through our Halliard Education Learning Hub comprehensive continuous personal development (CPD) is offered to our colleagues. We support wellbeing, provide clear career paths, and offer unrivalled training and development opportunities.
We also provide support and training to educators and education support teams across the UK, including courses, networking opportunities and conferences. We have an unrivalled regional STEM CPD offer (previously the Cheshire and Wirral Science Learning Partnership).
A broad range of business support including finance and payroll, IT, facilities and HR is provided to schools within and outside our Trust by Halliard Education Services, enabling them to prioritise teaching and learning.
As an outward-looking organisation, the Halliard Trust reflects on and learns from best practice and research, and actively seeks to contribute to UK-wide education policy and system leadership.
Our plan is to grow as an organisation, working with more ambitious schools that share our values of Respect, Integrity and Optimism and clear intent to meet the level of the best.
