Our Approach to Working Together
We are building a high-trust, high-accountability organisation. Principals are empowered as strategic leaders of their academies; the central team provides expert challenge, support, tools, and evidence; accountability is reframed as professional dialogue aimed at continuous improvement, not blame. This is how we ensure that every child leaves us capable, competent, and confident.

Our ATT Institute is a unique resource; a dedicated team of qualified professionals working to facilitate the very best professional development for our 2000 colleagues.
ATTI places the needs of our diverse communities and stakeholders at the forefront of their work, valuing collaboration within and beyond out Trust. Colleagues can access free confidential help and advice 24 hours a day, every day, via our Employee Assistance Programme and in-house occupational health service. We care about our colleagues' feedback and want to keep improving, so we ask for your thoughts in our annual anonymous wellbeing survey.
